Không thể refuse tuỳ ý

Landlord chỉ được refuse theo specified reasons. Nếu consent, conditions phải reasonable. Strata có thể cần approval riêng theo by-laws.

Advertising là chuyện khác

Rental ad không thể đơn giản ghi 'no pets allowed'. Điều đó không có nghĩa mọi pet auto-approved; vẫn phải theo formal consent process.
